UK holiday

Just about to book a UK holiday for June. Centre parcs most likely.
Dh is nervous about having to cancel due to coronavirus. I’m always the optimistic one and think it will be fine. Dh has a good point that I’m on mat leave and we can’t afford to lose the money. I’m assuming our standard bank travel insurance won’t cover.
What are all the sensible people thinking? I feel like everything I read is either a bit too blasé, or is completely over the top with panicking.
Help me think it through wise mumsnetters?

I wouldn’t book anything like that for the moment. Ditto cruises for obvious reasons! Could you not go for a smaller Airbnb? And definitely upgrade your travel insurance

Thanks!
I’ll have a look at travel insurance.
Don’t fancy an air b&b. We have small kids & the swimming pool & activities etc at centre parcs are the draw.

I wouldn’t book CP either atm, the Coronavirus situation is likely to last for several months yet.

Bumping this in case anyone has some helpful advice about travel insurance.
