How do you know if it might be Coronavirus?

DS(3) has a temp of 39.9, no other symptoms apart feeling achy and generally unwell. We're not in an area where anyone has tested positive and we haven't travelled recently. Would you assume it's just a normal nursery bug or should I ring 111?

If you've not been in contact with anyone I'm sure it will be a bug. Children are reported to be the least affected too.

Ah great, thank you. I've just run through the 111 online checker thing, which was very reassuring. We have a new bug every week at the moment anyway so I'm sure it's that.
