Seems children and under 20s are less like to get it or be badly affected by C19.

Very reassuring.

Definitely good news but I wonder why that is.

friendineed · 04/03/2020 12:07

No idea? Very odd as kids are usually super spreaders. That is 1% of the people who got sick, not 1% of the population.

Yes, but how many became orphans?

Namelessinseattle · 15/03/2020 22:03

I think they're still super spreaders- just not badly effected themselves

MangoFeverDream · 15/03/2020 22:03

Well their parents were likely low risk categories but many did have to say goodbye to their grandparents prematurely. Very sad, the elderly have value too ....:

Many many parents are over 50 and with health conditions. I am sick of hearing that it is OK for older and weak people to die.

They spread it, just don’t tend to get as sick from it.
