Has anyone found a policy that covers corona virus. I found one that boast of cover but it was only 50 quid a day if you were stranded which won’t cover much.i want cover for having to cancel trip or change flights etc.

There are policies out there but they are expensive

To update I bought an insure and go policy because it has clear q and on its homepage about Coronavirus.

Don't touch Explorer - there's absolutely nothing in their policy about exclusions for pandemics only that it's excluded if you cancel because of "your fear of...." (in bold like this)

However when I've rang they said they won't cover Coronavirus and if my holiday is cancelled due to FCO issuing advice not to travel then I have to try and fight for a refund from my tour operator!!

Have a look at Aviva, they have info on their website, But you must add additional Travel Disruption cover as an add on
