For some reason, their names are not being mentioned on the radio.

I can understand the identity of the 17 year old not being released but the other names are on many websites. Strange the radio not giving them out.

Glad they got the men/boys so they can be punished for their actions.

Martymcfly24 · 04/04/2026 16:55

I think a fourth has been arrested as well , a 19 year old but I haven't seen them named.

Emilesgran · 04/04/2026 17:00

I think the names of those charged have been made public. And that's six arrests now.

Sixth arrest over arson attack on Golders Green ambulances
Hamza Iqbal, 20, and Rehan Khan, 19, both British nationals from Leyton, and a 17-year-old boy, a dual British and Pakistani national from Walthamstow, were charged by the CPS on Friday and expected to appear in court on Saturday.
Two other men, aged 45 and 47, who were arrested last week and are also British, were released on bail until late April.

I think you're right @Martymcfly24

Just seen Sky News is reporting that 3 men have now been remanded in custody and a further arrest in connection with the incident was made at the court.

Strange situation with the 4th man, not the sharpest tool in the box perhaps.

The Metropolitan Police said the additional arrest took place after officers attending the hearing "recognised the man as being involved in the arson attack".

He was arrested for arson with intent to endanger life and has been taken into custody.

Some good news at the end of the Sky report for the charity and the local community they serve:

The government loaned the charity four ambulances to replace those that were destroyed, and has said it would cover the cost of new vehicles.

An appeal has raised more than £3.2m to find new, safer premises for the Hatzola ambulance service in Golders Green.

I was surprised they weren’t charged with terror offences.

Apparently we can't possibly tell what their motives were 🤐

Twiglets1 · 04/04/2026 17:35

Odd - the case is not being treated as terrorism but Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) said its detectives are leading the investigation due to "the circumstances of the incident".

The fourth has been arrested but not yet charged. Suspects are named when they are charged. Until then they are still being investigated.

Now charged.
Judex Atshatshi, 18, of Dagenham in east London, has been charged with arson being reckless as to whether life would be endangered.

"Three other people - Hamza Iqbal, 20, of Leyton, Rehan Khan, 19, of Leyton, and a 17-year-old boy from Walthamstow who cannot be named due to his age - have already been charged in connection with the attack.

They are due to appear at the Old Bailey on 24 April."

An Islamist group with possible links to Iran has claimed responsibility for three separate attacks in north London.

Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiya - The Islamic Movement of the People of the Right Hand - made the unsubstantiated claim by posting videos on social media.

It comes as three arrests were made following an attempted arson attack at the offices of a Persian language media organisation in Park Royal on Wednesday.

There have also been two separate attacks on a synagogue in Finchley and on four ambulances belonging to a Jewish charity.

The force added none had been declared as terrorism at this stage but the Met's counter-terrorism team are leading the investigation.

Scotland Yard issued a warning to anyone being "persuaded or paid" to act on behalf of foreign organisations.

Deputy Commissioner Matt Jukes said: "While none of these incidents have been declared as terrorism at this stage, officers are keeping an open mind regarding motivation.

"Given the nature of the locations involved and the similarities between the offences, Counter Terrorism Policing is leading these investigations supported by officers across the Met."

Jukes added: "Let me also be absolutely clear about this message. We have seen racist and antisemitic hate crimes, and without commenting on live cases, we know that some individuals are being persuaded or paid to act on behalf of foreign organisations and states.

"If you act out of hatred, racism or antisemitism, we will come after you and you will face the consequences.

"If you believe you can make quick and easy money by committing crimes for others, you will be shown to be wrong."

The Islamic Movement of the People of the Right Hand - the names these hate filled people use 🙄

Article in the Telegraph dated March 26th about them: The Iranian sleeper cell bringing terror to Europe

Until three weeks ago, few people had heard of Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamia. There was no entry in any counter-terrorism database, no Telegram channel, no social media footprint and no history.

But on Monday, the group, which has links to Iran’s network of proxies, and whose name translates as “Islamic Movement of the Companions of the Right”, circulated footage of burning ambulances outside a synagogue in London, with its logo on Telegram.

It appears to be its latest strike.

Earlier this month, Israeli officials who work to tackle anti-Semitism around the world started to notice a potential new threat.

Over the course of six days, the ministry for diaspora affairs identified connections between separate attacks in Belgium, the Netherlands and Greece.

In a special report, seen by The Telegraph, the ministry charted the rise of what is Iran’s latest terrorist proxy in Europe.

After Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamia claimed responsibility for the attacks, Israeli open source analysts started poring over their social media feeds.

The officials noticed the new group’s emblem featured a raised hand, holding a rifle pointing to the right, with a globe behind it.

The report states: “This design closely resembles the symbols used by Iranian-aligned militant groups such as: Hezbollah (Lebanon), Kataib Hezbollah (Iraq) and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps [IRGC] (Iran).”

How could this possibly not be terrorism?

Its terrorism. So what is being said by pretending it isn't 🤔

They need adding to the terrorism database. Scum.

Agree. Hope they are being added to the terrorism database in the UK and other countries too where they are active.

The Islamists are unhinged. Which is why they are such a danger.
