The true death too from this horror may never be known. Let's hope the regime falls.

"As many as 30,000 people could have been killed in the streets of Iran on Jan. 8 and 9 alone, two senior officials of the country’s Ministry of Health told TIME—indicating a dramatic surge in the death toll. So many people were slaughtered by Iranian security services on that Thursday and Friday, it overwhelmed the state’s capacity to dispose of the dead. Stocks of body bags were exhausted, the officials said, and eighteen-wheel semi-trailers replaced ambulances."

I don't think.we will ever know the true number. Iran covers up as much as it can and with an Internet block very little ees escapes. Add that to little interest to actually find out.

We will never know for sure. But we know enough to raise hell about it. And the more people look away the longer the regime has to cover up.

I think it depends on who is next in charge in Iran. The Shah was deeply problematic but the Islamic Republic is even worse.
Praying the next lot will be better, and if so then I think we'll know.
