Mayzouna is finally evacuated

Some of you will recall the plight of this 12yo girl in Gaza. The evacuation of children like her was only possible due to the ceasefire and is another reason why we need it to continue.

Thanks so much for letting us know! I'm glad she was finally able to evacuate! We must put the pressure on our governments and Israel to go ahead with the second phase of the ceasefire.

Thank you! I had seen the video of her trying to eat through a straw and was shocked that Israel had denied her evacuation 5 times. I worriec she’d starve to death. A relief to know she is in Texas getting the care she needs, very sad though to see that the whole family could not go with her.

There's just no excuse for Israel to deny these children evacuation. I'm glad she is finally getting the help that she needs.
