I am not anti Israel. I am anti Netanyahu and the current Israeli governments actions in Gaza. I don't blame Israelis for the actions of their government just like I don'ts blame Palestinians for the actions of Hamas.

The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and former defence minister Yoav Gallant for crimes against humanity in Gaza.

I hope these war criminals are eventually caught and brought before the courts for what they've done.

International arrest warrants for Netanayu and his deputy is a positive step. Get them in the Hague. If he comes to the UK he HAS to be arrested otherwise our words means nothing and we will be denying international law which we bang on about regarding Russia's illegal incursion into Ukraine. We can't have it both ways.

Who's happy? I'm not. On the contrary, I'm happy to see that recent figures are suggesting the death toll of children is far lower than originally estimated. I don't believe anyone claimed 'tens of thousands' anyway, not even Hamas. But the sense I get from these threads isn't humanitarian compassion, it's people gagging for drama.

🙄 they're estimates. The methodology is at the bottom of the page. And they're estimating the entire state of Palestine.

Gaza is a war zone. Much of it has been evacuated. The numbers are from a reliable spurce. If the figures showed the population to be decreasing I guarantee there'd be no quibbles about estimates and methodology. No one questioned the oulandish and completely unevidenced claim that 'tens of thousands' of children have been killed - of course not.
