I feel like I’m living in dystopia after what I’ve been seeing this week. Israeli finance minister bezalal Smotrich has been saying on national TV that he hopes the Trump presidency will assist in annexing the West Bank which is internationally recognised as Palestinian land with Palestinians who have lived there for thousands of years and visibly native to the land. The illegal settlements and settler violence will continue with impunity .
Mike Huckabee who is Americas ambassador to Israel has been saying on Television that there’s no such thing as the West Bank, just Judea and Samaria. Shocking that this is going on, no media coverage who are complicit in genocide . This is 💯 evidence this has never ever been about Hamas but always a land grab. Where is the international outrage at all this when everything these men are saying is screaming genocide !

This has been going on for a long time, hard liners have long denied Palestine's legitimacy.

It's because it's been happening for decades and there's no press in Palestine so we only have Israeli propaganda. A lot of this is based on antipathy towards Muslims and the fact that Israel is meant to be a democracy and an ally to the West in the ME.

Many Western countries are guilty of having committed atrocities. We're not always the good guys.

It’s difficult to understand how despite the genocide unfolding in front of our eyes in real time due to social media that people still deny what’s happening. They can't admit what's going on because they're providing weapons and that's against international law. They're making a lot of money from this war and have themselves taken part in atrocities.The UK assisted the US in its war on terror for example.

The West continuously interferes in the politics of other countries. Western colonisation has been responsible for ethnic cleansing and genocide which is something hardliners point out; many countries have been founded on genocide.

I too feel like this is a dystopia. It keeps going downhill.
