I wish they would share information on how to approach this with employers. I work for a private company, I've never striked in my life.

Sorry am I being thick or something but what the hell will that achieve? Do you think we live in the old colonial days where Britain gets to tell the rest of the world what to do? This would be an illegal strike, anyone who doesn't go to work and tries to give this as a reason will probably lose their jobs. It is a lot of ours war though. And turning a blind eye to genocide isn't something that sits right with hopefully a very large proportion of people.

An earthquake is a tragedy. A hurricane is a tragedy. I don't think tragedy really fits the cold, calculated killing of 10,000 people in a month. Massacre maybe? Mass slaughter maybe?

Then what word do we use for starving 2.2million people of water, food and aid? Attempted genocide? Because again this isn't some random tragedy, this is a cold, calculated move that will result in mass killing.

It's probably because Israel is presented as being similar to the west in that it's a democracy and we helped set it up.

Everything is about what news decide is popular and sells. You can have 3 new wars, 5 natural disasters at the same time and people will only read about 2, not even the biggest ones, but the ones guessed as big news clicks.

By the way, you don't need articles to tell you if this is a genocide or not just look at the dictionary and see what the word genocide means and that is exactly what is happening right now.
