CBFM peaks

On my first month of using CBFM...had 3 days of high, and now on day 15 I have a peak!.

Just wanted to ask, does that mean I am ovulating today?,or is this advance warning?.

I have never known my exact date of ovulation? and obviously would help in this TTC lark!.

Still trying to work it all out

You would usually get two peaks. The first warns you that you should ovulate within 24-36 hours, the second is reminding you its probably ovulation day and you're still fertile. Its a good idea to SWI just before these two peaks, on the peaks themselves, and at least one day after. Remember, sperm can live for up to 4-5 days, so a sperm from Thursday is capable of fertilising an egg ovulated on Sunday. There's an excellent CBFM support thread here.
