When is a period a period?

Does it count if it's only old blood for 2-3 days and no, erm, "matter", iykwim? Or would that be just spotting then? Does it make a difference?

Well how does it compare to your usual periods? Only you can know that.

I had quite a lot of old brown blood when i was first pregnant (on and off for a few weeks). I've made it to 32 weeks.

I can't really remember what my usual periods were like, haven't had one in ages, as I've been on Cerazette after the pregnancy, hence my question.

Have all the symptoms but the bleeding described above was only a couple of weeks ago. Have invested in a 50-pack of internet cheapie tests now anyway, so I can pee on sticks to my heart's content, once they're delivered.

Ahhhh, I found that the pill messed up my periods for a little while so it could be that! Only time and tests will tell.
