Was this an implantation bleed?

We are ttc no2 and are only on cycle 2 so early days. However after doing the deed on mon night I noticed a pink discharge. It didn't turn into a period and was gone in 24h. I can't think what it was but wasn't expecting to have conceived yet as periods only been finished for a week.

Does anyone know what it could have been?
I don't really understand the different phases of your cycle but thought I prob wouldn't have ovulated yet so couldn't have conceived iyswim.

Trying not to get excited.

It might be a bit early. Could be a little bit of blood form the intercourse.

With all my pregnancies, I bleed slightly around when the period would have been. It always catches me out and i think oh shit! Not pregnant, back to the drawing board, then it suddenley stops dead, unlike a period. I do a test and its pos.

Wasn't really excited yet- more just 'oh blimey that was quick'
I've never bled after sex before so thought it was a bit unusual for me.
Will keep trying this month and maybe test when periods due. Had awful morning sickness early on (like 3 weeks!!!) with ds so that's probably a good symptom spotter for me.

Can i add to this thread, i had light pink discharge two days ago for less than 24hrs, it was a week after sex and made sure i forgot my pill that day! i dont remember if i have had that before! I stopped my pill yesterday as it was the end of the pack and we are now ttc! I think i have been goggling it too much to be honest!! I know my chances are very slim being on the pill, can this be common if you are on the pill!??
