Dreadful test results and starting to feel desperate

I've been TTC for 15 months now and have got nowhere, so been referred onto the consultant; had an appointment yesterday afternoon to go over all the basic test results which were fine for me but very bad for my DP. Sperm count was only 2 million although morphology and motility were ok.
We are lucky enough to already have our dd who is three but I feel completely devasted and like there is no point in trying anymore just to be gutted each month when my period arrives. Anyone else had results like these and gone on to conceive?

my dp has sperm issues and we have conceived 5 times in the last 2 years. 4 mc and i am currently 14+3 wks pg, so it is possible. although his probs are more to do with morph than count. as long as there are some good ones there is always a chance.

have you tried getting him on vitamins/changing lifestyle etc?

have you considered IUI or ICSI?
