Period pains for 3 days now...

This will be my first period since coming off my cilest pill. Im due on tomorrow and have had period pains for the past 3 days which i never get, is this a sign of a heavy period coming?? :-(

Not necessarily, I had period pains for 4 days before my first real post-pill period. Period was 4 days long (shorter than usual) and only heavy and achy on the first day (usually mine were heavy for a couple of days).

Subsequent months I've only had 2 days of period pains.
