Came off Methotrexate for arthritis in March. Waiting 6 months (till September) before starting to TTC. Am so broody! and seeing babies everywhere! Time seems to be dragging by so slowly

6 months will fly by

Hi hhg, I had my 3rd recently and had to come off Methotrexate to ttc but rheumy said 3 months after is okay now. I gave it 4 months and BFP first month! Had every test/scan going during pregnancy including CVS etc to ensure everything fine. All results were fine and baby is lovely.

Hi HHG i will stop moaning about having to wait three months, then, as I had metho injection for 'pg of unknown location' this month - I feel bad for moaning about having to wait til Sept.

Just wanted to kinda sympathise as it's maddening... it's like the clock thingy off Countdown tic toc tic toc......

Thanks everyone...yep i'll be my 1st baby..quite exciting but will have to just be patient

anyone know about the situation when the man is on methotrexate? there seems to be so much conflicting info as to how long to be off it before TTC, if at all - in France (where I am) the doctors say it's fine to TTC when the man is on methotrexate, but I'm not sure as I know they don't say that in the UK.
