Should I do a test? Or am I being silly?

Sorry, I didn't know where to put this.

Basically I am on the pill femodene, I take several packets back to back with no break as periods bring on my migranes.

I went to the GP recently as the last few times I've had sex I've bled, like a browny red blood.

I've had a smear for this.

Thing is, I've started a new medication and Its making me feel really ill and tired.

But now I'm worrying that the sickness, tiredness, bloated stomach and blood after sex might be related to something else?!

I did bleed the same kind of brown blood with S1.

Am I being daft? Its just the pills making me ill isn't it? and the bloods being checked out.

Just do it.

Would you be happy to be pg?

Yes do a test, just to be sure.

Some of those symptoms could be down to pregnancy, or just down to the medication.

I think its the medication, but now I'm having cramps in my womb area too.

Still having bits of blood aswell, but brown when I wipe [sorry!)

But could cramps and more blood be down to the smear? but she was really gentle!

could be down to the smear, could be down to the meds, but take the test, and if it;s negative then it's ruled out as a possible cause.

Makes sense Belgo, thanks

I just always think I'm buying a test for no reason, so it helps to know people woould buy one in this situation too.

and let us know the result

Disenchanted3 · 10/06/2010 19:49

Sorry Winny, erm no not really.

Just started this medication and not supposed to be pregnant on it and really want to give it a go and see if it helps.

One more reason to do a test, so you're not worrying needlessly.

Thanks I ordered one, I know it will be negative but better to check x
