Charting help where do i start??

Right am guna stick with the OPK this month but if have no joy thought i mite try charting

Have absolutely no idea about it can anybody point me in the right direction of what to buy/where to start??

Google 'Fertility Friend' on web and sign up (free) for the series of emails on conception and charting.

Fertility Friend have 3 short videos to explain the gist of it all (about 20 mins in total).

All you need is a basal thermometer, I got this one from Amazon. You can print charts off the internet.
