Hello everyone, I'm very new to mn and looking for some advice!
I'm TTC my second child and have only been off the pill for around 6 weeks. I have been having pretty much continuous stomach ache/pains and feel pretty yuck generally

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what this could be? The sticks are telling me I'm not ovulating again yet so could it be them 'kick starting' themselves? Or maybe just my body adjusting to being without the pill?

I don't think it could be that I'm pregnant because AF isn't even expected for 2 weeks.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hi, just a thought are you sure you could have got pregnant on your last cycle? maybe do a pregnancy test just in case? just to rule it out

Nope not pregnant, great minds think alike as have just done a test!Had a quite normal AF 2 weeks ago also.

Am starting to get a bit confused about this now as I thought it could be quite a common sympton of ending the pill.

Hi UniMummy,

When I came off the mini pill (progesterone only) I spent around 4 weeks suffering with appalling nausea. I put it down to the body's reaction to the change in hormones. Figured it must be a bit like going cold turkey...

That's kind of what I thought, but we tried for several months last year and I didn't feel like this when I came off it then. Hopefully it is just my body re-adjusting! Thanks for your help guys
