ok, so the last time I posted, I was TTC and on day 33 of the cycle. I'm now on day 40, still no period, still negative tests. And now I'm starting to go out of my mind. Is it possible that my period just vanished? If I'm not pregnant and don't have a period, how should I start trying to calculate when I'll ovulate next? Should I just calculate from when my period should have arrived?
I'm getting so worried. Any advice would be very welcome!

Are your periods usually regular?

Have you had stress /illness recently? They can cause a missing period.

How long have you been ttc?

Fwiw I have never had regular periods ranging between 28-48 days. I have conceived twice so it can be done! We just had sex 3 times a week, I never faffed aorund with knowing about ovulation tbh.

Up until this month, my periods have been really regular-every 31 days. I could set my watch by them. That's why I'm so worried about why it's now nearly 10 days late.
