Anyone else out there on Clomifene even though they are ovulating normally? I've been prescribed it for 4 months because my DP has very low morphology at 4%, but his count and motility are fine.
We've been TTC for 9 months.
I'm reading conflicting reports that this drug is wasted on me and could do me more harm than good. I've notice a big reduction in cervical mucus (sorry ladies) and I feel nauseas at around days 11 to 15. I also get pains around ovulation.
Anyone else in a similar situation or with knowledge on this subject? I feel like I'm being fobbed us with a drug that I don't really need, isn't going to hekp my partner's sperm quality and might make things worse.
Also, anyone know how much alcohol is too much? At the moment we have two to 3 units of alcohol each at the weekends only. Is that too much? I fear DP will be miserable if he cant have a glass of wine or a pint at the weekend!
