Anyone get a bfp after a bfn at 12dpo?

Am out to dinner tonight and would like to have a drink to drown my sorrows as I'll be surrounded by preggos.

The bfn was on a first response. The chances of being pg now are very slim aren't they. I'm definitely 12dpo as I did an opk.

I got a negative at 12dpo (i thought i'd ovulated on day 14)

so on day 26 i was testing negative, but that month i ovulated late on day 21!! never happened before as far as i know!

so i didn't get a + until about day 33!

Ah, so you weren't really 12dpo! .

I'm definitely 12dpo (11 at a push) as got a positive opk 13 days ago.

I'm testing -tive at 14dpo with FR but temps are still high & there's no sign of AF (touch wood). Am hoping this could be one of those late BFPs but in reality I'm probably not pg

Don't forget the opk tells you ov is about to occur, not occuring right at that minute so you might only be 9/10 dpo.

I was out last night and had a couple of drinks, I just went with the feeling of still living a (semi) normal life through the agony of ttc.

I got a BFN from days 7-14 post ovulation (I know, I couldn't help it!) in my last pregancy, with all sorts of tests, including FR after 10 days PO and tests sensitive to 10mls. Then got my BFP on day 15 and it was twins!

digi not over till red lady sings in my book. One little drink won't hurt.

I do pregnancy tests like scratch cards before AF. Just keep doing them all sneaky and eventually i get my positive. I stare at it and make the line come.

I did have a drink last night. All the pg ladies were drinking so i wasn't going to let them have all the fun.

Still don't feel anything today. Not pg nor like period is due. Perhaps it's twins!

No progress here (not sure if that's good news or not!) My temp has dropped this morning but it's still well above the coverline so I'm just waiting now - it's so frustrating!

Were you the subject of any inappropriate questions last night? On Friday, when I was out, I was asked 'when's the next one' by 4 different people during the night. I just waved my gin at them and said 'not in the next 9 months' Grrr!!

Is it possible you may have ovulated a day or two later?

No inappropriate questions, thank god. They all know about the mcs, so they know we're trying and not having much luck. And as partners were there I didn't have to put up with any 'sympathetic' questions either.

There's always a poss of later ov I suppose but I'm counting the number of higher temps on my chart which is 15 as of today. I've got a stonking headache, feel sick, sore boobs but probably just anxiety now!! AAaaaggh!!!
