Tips for increasing EWCM please!

I have tried grapefruit juice, any other tips people can reccomend?

Hi - i've been having similar problems and next month I'm going to be trying Evening Primrose Oil (only from when i get AF until ovulation) and also the cough medicine Robitussin. Make sure you get the one that only active ingredient is guaifenesin. Also going to be trying pre-seed as well. Hopefully that will cover off all bases !!!

Just to add to this I find that when I drink lots of water from AF for a week I usually get a lot more EGCM - might help!
