ANGUS CASTUS HAS BEEN RECOMMENDED ANYONE HAD ANY SUCCESS WITH IT

We have been trying for 16mths with various heartbreaks on the way as anyone tried angus castus as its been heavily recomended to me ?

supplements that a woman can take that are 'supposed' to be helpful in optimising conception on top of the standard pre-natal vitamins:

Baby aspirin (less than 81mg) daily throughout cycle

Vitex Agnus Castus from period to ovulation (although some theories that can be taken throughout cycle but should be stopped when pregnancy established)

Evening Primrose Oil (1500mg to 3000mg per day) from period to ovulation (do not take past ovulation)

Vitamin B6 (100mg to 200mg) most B6 supplements have a lot less so should ask specifically for this

Been taking it to help reduce PMS, Do NOT want to end up PG!!! Must be careful

Tried for over 3 years then had reflexology recommended - was on waiting list for IVF at the time. Got pg 2 weeks after the course finished. I'll never know if it was the reflexology or chance but it doesn't do any harm & is lovely & relaxing. Damn sight cheaper than IVF too. Dd now 5 months old. Good luck, it's so hard trying to put a brave face on, I was wreck every month when my period started.

I've got a friend who TTc for 12 months. She started a course of reflexology and is now 25 weeks pg. I think she only had about 4 sessions. I used to have it for help after chemo. I think i might try it again.
