Yesterday having realised that AF was one day late I tested with a cheap boots own brand mid afternoon and got a negative result. Its been weighing very heavily on my mind ever since and I am wondering if tested this evening with a more superior brand is going to be worth the expense or whether I wait until tomorrow ?( when I would be 3 days overdue)
Whats the most reliable brand and is it still worth waiting (agonising) till the morning before I do it ?
Am feeling more anxious than usual as this would be the possible start of DC no 3 and very much unplanned.
Can anyone give me some much needed advice - PLEASE ?

oh it is sooo agonising waiting to find out this kind of thing. I would splash out on a 'first response' or 'clearblue' expensive test. I wouldn't get the digital ones though cos its better to see a faint line I think. I'd do it first thing tomorrow morning so your wee is nice and strong.
Hope things work out for you.

Thanks for your comments - really appreciated.
I ended up doing a FR test late last night as I couldn't hold out till morning. BFN....then this morning, Hello AF.
Having been really shocked at the prospect of a BFP, I am now a bit

Hey ho. It certainly brought the question of whether to properly go for no 3 right up there as a hot topic with DH......and I have surprised myself by how disappointed I actually was when I realised that it was a false alarm .....

I don't think this will be the end of the story .... !
