could i be pregnant

hi all
iv had the implant in for a yr now and it has not affected me at all but all of a sudden iv missed my period for a month feeling tired all the time iv been putting on weight and have got really bad back ache some times my boobs have been feeling a little sore.Before this last month iv had my period on time and the same amount (sorry to be graphic)but could it be im pregnant.

Make an appointment at a family planning clinic or a doctor with a urine sample and they will do one for free.

If you've had sex, then you could be pregnant. I'm not aware of any contraception which is 100% effective - you could be in the tiny percent for whom it has failed.
