Was thinking of TTC but encountered a problem

DH and I are thinking of TTC for no2 but since having DS almost 2 years ago I have had bleeding and or spotting in between my periods. I have been to see my GP a few time about it and he kept on telling me it was my body settling down after having my DS. This week I saw another GP and she has said that we must not try for another child and have tests as this is not normal and has booked me in next week for a VE and other checks. I am really concerned as 1. I am worried as to why I am bleeding and 2. I am scarred it will cause problems with me having another child.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

No real experience but didnt want to leave unanswered.

I think it is right for you to get checked out to find out why and from post it looks like your VE is this week? Hopefully you can get results very quickly and then crack on with TTC.

Ask lots of questions at your appointment to see what tests they are doing and what they may be looking for.

Good luck and hopefully all this means is a month or two delay in ttc
