Symptom Spotting - I'm even annoying myself!!

Hello ladies, I'm new here but after lurking on this board for a bit I think that I'm in the right place. This is my 3rd month TTC and the obsessive symptom spotting is coming on nicely but I can't tell anyone this time cos I've thought I was PG both of the first two months and have noticed people's eyes glazing over when I say anything now so I'm bottling it all up this month. Anyway despie what I just said here're my symptoms cos I've got to tell someone to see what you think, you know how it is

LMP was 12th March and usual cycle is 31 days but don't know my LP or anything as not that organised.

Got ovulations pains (I think, could've been trapped wind though) on 24th March which luckily coincided with BF coming home from working away so we got busy until Sunday

For the last week I've been:
Red hot (in the temperature sense) - this is the most noticable of all my 'symptoms'
Wet 'down there' (TMI?)
Feeling slightly queasy but only slightly
Had some stomach pains on Saturday last
Weighty boobs which are a bit veiny but that could be cos of my red hotness or the fact that I examine then roughly once every 5mins

When do you think I can test? My period should be due on 10th but I'm trying to be realistic as over the last 2 months I've used 4 test both months and come on my period the day after I'd used the last test which was both annoying and expensive. Are these genuine symptoms or my obsessive imaginings do you think? I'm also feeling a bit under pressure as we went to Bf's mums on Sunday and he told her that we'd be having a baby this year which I wasn't thrilled about as I'm 34 and didn't want to count my chickens just yet.

What do you think?

Oddy

Don't test!! I'm the same. Due anytime from today to Saturday and also third month of trying. Like you convinced myself I was pregnant other two months but then got AF. How high is your temp? I haven't really looked at that but did it today and it was 37.4 but means nothing as halfway through the day and know you should do same time everyday.

Like you I have the wet issue and have had tingly nipples and really bad AF/Ov pains about 9 days after Ovulation (a girl can hope!!) I did test on Sat - way to early and got a BFN. Tested last two months and been so disappointing. To be honest it's easy just to get my period as otherwise after my BFN I just tend to spend the next days googling false negatives! If you do want to test you could do it early from tomorrow with a first response I think.

Good luck and keep us posted!

When I first came on this board I saw messages like mine and just thought "wait for your period to not arrive and then test you daft bat" but now I understand, oh yes! .

I can't find the thermometer to take my temp but I don't know what it was before so it wouldn't mean anything to me anyway.

The googling of the false negative has also become a monthly ritual as is the looking at the test in many different kinds of lighting and throwing it away and then getting it out of the bin half an hour later then throwing it away, then half an hour later... I don't know how people cope with this stress for years on end!

Oh for the days when you had to take a sample to the doctor and then phone up a week later for the results. You waited to miss a period then especially if you had a stern, disapproving spinster of a GP like I did.

Good look to you too Mimi
