A lot of acupuncturists do herbs and reflexology/ massage stuff all together so it might be worth finding one of those.

FWIW, I love reflexology and find it very relaxing but acupuncture works much better on me.

I had reflexology to TTC and well, I got pg. I had it to stay pg too as I have a history of MCs. DS2 arrived in May last year and I had it all the way through the pg. Find one who specialises in fertility/maternity treatments as not all do. Good luck.

Tayto I've had both and found acupuncture worked for me. I found reflexology very relaxing (and cheaper) but got no results. I've had a few sessions of acupuncture and fell pg after session 2 (unfortunately I m/c) I've kept it up though and am awaiting AF which is due today..... as yet nothing and no AF symptoms either. A friend of mine also had 2 m/c and then went for acupuncture and fell pg, she is now 30 weeks.

Very good article on accupunture for conception in Daily Mail weekend supplement YOU dated 28 Feb 2010. Sorry no idea on how to link you to it. The article is about Five Element Accupuncture (not all accupuncture methods are the same) practised by Gerad Kite. Kiteclinic.co.uk
Zita West also uses accupuncture. You need to find an accupuncturist who specialises in fertility/hormones - mine also works with the local fertility clinic and is amazingly knowledgeable about assisted conception.

I love reflexology and it helped me when ttc DS2. Find one who specialises in fertility. My reflexologist has used it with great success on pregnant ladies who are full-term to make labour quicker too.
