I get quite bad IBS and take peppermint oil capsules for the cramping... does anyone know if they are risky to take whilst TTC? If so, is there anything that's better to take? Any advice welcome x

I bought some from Boots the other week. I'm also TTC so asked pharmacist if they are safe while pregnant.
He had a quick look in a book and said they are fine.
No warnings on box or bottle, but I had a quick google and some sites are saying not to take

I've been taking them, it's amazing how much they help with my stomach cramps, I was in agony.

I'm telling myself the pharmacist knows better than some random internet sites, it did worry me though, I will probably stop taking them once I'm actually pregnant.
