Removal of Mirena Coil due in Nov 2010

hi everyone, I am new to this site so bear with me!
i am due to have my Mirena coil removed this coming November and will be trying to conceive straight away for my first baby.
I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on preparing to try for a baby? I have had the coil for 5 years and haven't had any periods at all during this time. It has been a great contraceptive for me as I reacted badly to many others.

As I know when it is scheduled to be removed I want to know when I should start/if I should start preparing my body for trying to conceive?
I eat healthily, exercise daily and am in general great shape so I pretty much have that sorted!

how long has it taken people to become pregnant after having coil removed?
Did you bleed after?

any advice would be great, thanks
