Quick Conception after copper coil??

Hi,i had the coil removed a week before ovulation, and ttc since.I suspect it will take a few months ttc ( 2 babies before)...but have been having cramping, swelling and pms syptoms, period not due for another 10 days, and never normally get symptoms till 2 days before?!!!
Has anybody conceived that quick before???
any help would be really appreciated :-)

I conceived within a week or so of having the copper coil out - was very surprised as thought it would take longer.
