Anyone had a mirena??? Then ttc

I had my mirena out 10 days ago. Since then no bleeding but typical pmt symptoms. Bloated and abdo ningles. Gp said come back if no period in two weeks. I am a nurse and figured I should have bled when it came out. Anyone else had this? Obviously I could be pregnant but certainly not made much effort thus month! I did do an early preg test today ... Yes too early I'm sure anyway but going slighly insane. Everything I have read says people bleed within 3 to 5 days of removal. So stressed. It would be great to he pregnant worried I guess that maybe there is something else wrong???? Has anyone else had a mirena out and not bled???

Mirena out in march, no periods only a light spotting on my wedding day in late may grrrrr
Found out i was pregnant in june but sadly went on to have a mmc. That was in 2008, no periods after mc but now sat feeding my 4 week old dd

I think the advice they gave me was to wait for 3 months for af to return and 6 months to get a regular cycle.

My o ang g doctor is quite happy ttc immediately as that she says us the beauty of mirena. Immediate return to fertility. I am just concerned that I have had no bleeding at all. I guess I will just have to wait another week then go back to gp. I'm probably just paranoid as so far I haven't had to ttc. Dd1 was concieved while I was on the pill and ds1 was concieved 6 weeks after my implanon came out. Stress
