If you don't ovulate do you still have a period?

I don't think I ovulated this month and my period hasn't arrived. It was due about 5 days ago.

Is it likely that I haven't got a period because I didn't ovulate?

Of course there is the other possibilty that I did ovulate and there may be another reason why I haven't got my period...

I had periods, but found out that I hadn't been ovulating due to my low hormone levels.

What makes you think you didn't ovulate this month?
