Symptoms or Am I hoping for too much

Hiya looking for help/advice - you think I would know the early signs of pregnancy as had my first baby in June09.

I had a natural mc beginning of feb, must have been very early in pregnancy as wasn't in too much pain and bleeding wasn't bright red and was minimal.
DH and I are TTC and since last night I've had mild uncomfortable back pain in my right side (around the kidney area) and since this morning I've had slight pain in my lower right groin. I am also feeling bloated and have mild twinges of cramps in my abdominal area. Could these be signs are am I imagining them?

Would be great if I were pregnant but thought it would take longer as it took 2.5 years to conceive my DD

I think it is very easy to talk yourself in to symptoms, when you want to be pregnant. I have done it myself.

The annoying thing is the early symptoms are very similar to the onset of your period.

I had to try for a while with dd but ds was conceived straight away.
