mucus plug at conception/implantation?

Sorry in advance TMI!
just wondered if anyone else noticed an increase in CM around implantation? AF is due on Sunday and yesterday i noticed a mucus plug, i remember this happening with my first pregnancy. Maybe it is just wishful thinking!!

Hello! sorry to cut in, but i was drawn to this topic as im sure ive had the same thing today
im sure i ovulated wednesday just gone ( had ovulation pain and egg white cm)and bd wednesday night and today have had milkyish cm, a bit more solid looking than the earlier cm, is this the plug forming? can it happen that early?

Hi OTT! not really sure when it happens. I was just aware of it yesterday and im sure i remember it happening with ds. i guess it should happen aroung implantation?? Good luck

ooo, thanks Lib76! im hopefull that it is the plug forming, it lookes similar to what i was wiping away @ 38 weeks with DS, it never fully came out, but i remember my midwife saying it was the mp slowly coming away! fingers crossed good luck to you

Am about to go TMI overload lol . . . . . but what sort of thing might I be looking for if I were to have a mucus plug?? Think I possibly Ov'd on Fri/Sat so on the 2WW @ the mo - anything I could know to look out for would be helpful!

Hi mrs, I ovulated those days too so I gave the 2ww myself. It's dragging. I have been having very light period type pains not sure if that's anything or just my imagination :0)

Hi ttc, I've had nothing so far except sore back/kidney pain!?!?! Possibly a bit dehydrated tho as I was unwell over the weekend Hmmmph . . . . the wait continues!x

Mrs ive been unwell too, but i also had a kidney infection just after i concieved my son and didn't know, so if i am pregnant this time it means ive been ill around implantation both times!

Hi OTT, well I'm feeling fine now (not sure if that's a good thing or not!) back pain is gone, pretty sure I was just dehydrated or had trapped wind!! Not got any other symptoms either so just waiting for the 19th! When are you due AF??
