Could I be pregnant?

I changed pill brands this month and completely forgot not to take a pill-free week. I had a pill-free week then started the new brand of pills last Tuesday. I had sex last Friday and have had thick-ish discharge for the past two days. There was a very small amount of bright red blood in it today (sorry - v yucky!).

Has anyone become pregnant in similar circumstances? Hoping you can put my mind at rest.

Unlikely- your body doesnt know you were goig to change brands.

If you hadnt changed brands, you would have had the pill free week Tues-Mon, and wouldnt have ovulated, so it's unlikely you could get pregnant on the date you specify.

Whe you change brands they tell you to back to back the first month to prevent breakthrough bleeding, which is probably what you're experiencing now.
