Can anyone who charts help me please?!

Can anyone help me? My temperature took a nosedive yesterday (it was the usual day for it to happen) but AF never came - it went up again (slightly) this morning so it's above the coverline. What do you think?

Don't know whether to waste my money on a test or get v frustrated that my cycles have messed up. Is it because I've taken pregnacare conception vitamins? (read that on another thread) I definately ov'd on day 18/19 as my temp went up on day 20.

Really confused and stressed, trying v hard not to get my hopes up. Has anyone experienced this before??

I only have one months experience of charting but your situation would be enough to make me do a test. Best to test first thing in the morning though when you're at such an early stage, so if you can try to resist until tomorrow morning.
