Chemical pregnancy, AF, but having symptoms!

Tell me I'm crazy, please.

We're TTC our first and on our second try last month I had a three days of BFPs, then a (TMI, sorry) pretty heavy, red, clotty, yet short AF. I assumed chemical pregnancy because have had BFNs since. Fair enough.

But now I feel like I'm having symptoms? My breasts are sore (which they never ever are except for the few days before I got the BFPs last month) and I'm nauseated. I'm still testing BFN, so I assume it's just my body being strange, but I'm worried as I had a few drinks Saturday night. I've also been taking Sudafed for killer sinusitis the past few days.

I'm on CD9 now and I ovulate on CD18, so I can't even blame the symptoms on ovulation. I'm just being paranoid, right? Is it worth an HCG blood test?

Has anyone had anything similar? Does it take a while after a chemical for your body to go back to normal?

Bump for you, this sounds horrible. I have no idea about chemical pregnancies, but hope someone else does.
