Hey lovely people

I've just come off the October bus and because of my long cycles my spreadsheet says that I skip November and would be due in December.

So I thought I'd start the December bus.

Here's the start of the stats - looking forward to some friends hopping on board soon.

Sorry AF got you Prinpo

Catherine I have still got FC for you, sounding very promising

I have started cramping so pretty sure AF is on its way, feeling just as resigned as you Pinkie but will try and stay positive

chico193 · 07/04/2010 10:24

I think I am definitely out now, have more bleeding this morning including some thick dark red clots. Now am thinking maybe I was pregnant for a little while but am not now.

Sorry to hear that asianbabe I've taken you off. Think I will be joining you soon on the Jan bus.

boba82 · 07/04/2010 10:25

Oh so sorry to hear that chico, hope you are ok?

Loujalou · 07/04/2010 10:26

Am officially off the bus now. See you - hopefully most of you will graduate.

chico193 · 07/04/2010 10:28

Thanks boba, I'm just glad I hadn't tested so I don't know whether I was pregnant or not, at least I can think it never really happened and I was imagining things.

PinkiePoo · 07/04/2010 12:03

chico sorry for the dissapointment,,,,hope you are ok?

Sorry for all the other AFers......quite poss see you in a few days

decafgirl · 07/04/2010 14:24

Hi ladies, looks like a lot of you are off to the January bus, sorry if AF got you .

Feel really down today no sign of AF for me, no signs of any possible pregnancy and I think my super fertile friend is pregnant. I know I should be thrilled for her (and I am, honest) but I can't help thinking it should be me and I have an overwhelming urge to cry and bang my fists on the floor with the unfairness of it all. I think I hate my body right now.

Wallow, wallow, wallow......

boba82 · 07/04/2010 14:49

Nothing wrong with that decafgirl I'm sick fed up of everyone I know dropping pregnant at drop of a hat or falling pregnant by "accident", I wish I would have an "accident" like that! .

I'm right there with you wallowing, totally fed up this month.

decafgirl · 07/04/2010 15:15

Thanks boba xx

mumatron · 07/04/2010 19:33

hello all, and goodbye to those hopping off to the jan bus.

well, im pretty sure i ov'd on sat or sunday. so on the 2ww for me now. this is the worst part. cant even talk myself into having pretend symptoms this early.

had results of my dp's 2nd sperm analysis today. he has poor morphology and a lower than normal count.

urologist and consultant are trying to get us to try ICSI or IUI. im not so sure. i have been pg 4 times in the last 2 years and i cant find any evidence to say that poor morphology can cause recurrent miscarriage

Wholelottalove · 07/04/2010 20:40

Hi everyone and sorry to those who got AF.

decaf you're not alone, I'm feeling a bit grumpy, have convinced myself there is no way this is my month and just waiting for AF to arrive.

mumatron sounds like you've had a rough time, I'm sorry for your losses. I have no idea about the technicalities of the poor morphology, hopefully someone will. 2ww sucks though doesn't it?

Still feeling quite crampy, sore boobs and generally uncomfortable. Also knackered but probably not more than usual for me. Feeling tempted to do test even though AF not quite due just to put mind to rest but don't want to face the inevitable bfn.

boba82 · 07/04/2010 21:37

Sorry to hear your disappointing news mumatron

Looks like we're all feeling a bit down in the dumps this week, hopefully there will be some more BFPs soon to cheer this bus up!

decafgirl · 07/04/2010 21:43

Starting to wonder about a fertility monitor thingy...anyone got any experience of these?

Have spent the last few hours persuading myself I feel sick, have cramps, have heartburn etc... I'm my own worst enemy!

I'm going to POAS on fri or sat morning to make 100% certain as I'm off out for a girly night on saturday x

CatherineEarnshaw · 07/04/2010 21:49

decaf girl aren't you already late? you must have great willpower!

Mimi1977 · 07/04/2010 21:57

So sorry to all who got AF. Sorry everyone is feeling a bit down too. I'm in a foul mood tonight so dreading that I'm PMTish. Got cramps too but that means nothing as i know I got them when preg with DD but of course have had them every month I haven't been preg.

Just noticed that decafgirl, wholelottalove and me! are all TTC number 2 and are on our 3rd month - started in the new year by any chance girls?! I got preg first month of trying before and think I thought the same would happen again. Silly me! Still, very early days I know and I feel dreadfully for those TTC number 1 after months and months.

Had to go to chemist today but DH wouldn't let me buy HPT so have to wait till Sunday as he doesn't want to have to face a BFN and I'm the same. Tomorrow will be a major milestone though as AF generally 29 days so tomorrow would be the one but have been having slight variations recently.

Good luck all!

decafgirl · 07/04/2010 21:59

Yeah, I'm CD35 but usually would've started AF yesterday. Not sure I ovulated tho so really not surprised at lack of AF

Would be delighted to get a BFP but definately not getting my hopes up. 99.9% sure I'll be on the Jan bus soon xx

PinkiePoo · 08/04/2010 08:59

decafgirl quick question. I may sound a little thick here, but here goes: If you don't ovulate does this mean you don't get the AF??

I don't think i did, and still waiting for AF, not really late as such as i am irregular but could this mean i won't get one at all?

Very confused

Mimi1977 · 08/04/2010 10:12

You do get your AF Pinkie as the lining of your uterus still breaks down every month and comes away regardless of whether you ovulate but I'm not sure about if it makes AF late but you will get it.

Kept waking up throughout the night convinced mine had started but keeping it at bay so far!

PinkiePoo · 08/04/2010 10:35

mimi i am convinced mine is coming either today or tomorrow. Cramps starting back up, and can just feel it......arggghhhh!!

The fact i am still very addicted to coffee, makes me think that PG is not happening this month!!

boba82 · 08/04/2010 10:39

decaf I'm at end of my first cycle using the CBFM and I would recommend it. It has really made me understand my cycle better and has confirmed my suspicions that I am not ovulating properly so I can go fully armed to GP next week.

We have a CBFM thread going so you could pop in & get others opinions. I will try and post a link.

boba82 · 08/04/2010 10:46

Here's that link decaf

Nanny01 · 08/04/2010 10:49

AF came no peaks for me this month, the only blessing is that we won't have to worry about christmas as dh was concerned about that. See you ladies on the January bus.

womanlytales · 08/04/2010 11:03

In some cases when you don't O you still get your AF. In other cases, you might not get an AF. For eg: Last year in May my days which were fairly regular skipped a month and did that three times in a row [the first time I thought I was preg..the second time I still thought I was preg and by the third time I wisened up and went and saw my doc. So my doc said 52 day cycles clearly means that there is no ovulation happening. In Jan this year I got OD done and got my AF (28 days) but the progesterone testing at Day 21 was 0.3 and so doc said he doesn't think O happened despite that my cycle is now bang on at 28 days.
The ovulation tests also haven't indicated a lh surge so it's one big mystery.
I am currently on my first round of Clomid - had some symptons of O on day 14 -- and since am in my 2ww. A part of me though doesn't trust my 'symptoms' because I think I might be imagining it. So this is my first 'conscious' 2ww post the scares in the last six months.

There are times when I get terribly obsessive - other times when I am 'normal'.
