I've just come off the October bus and because of my long cycles my spreadsheet says that I skip November and would be due in December.

So I thought I'd start the December bus.

Here's the start of the stats - looking forward to some friends hopping on board soon.

Am 15dpo. Had what I now realise was implantation spotting 7dpo. Can't wait to tell DH when he comes home tonight.

Also, am much more cautious this time after the mc at 5-ish weeks.

hi please can i join, this will be my first bus. i have been watching the threads for a couple of months now and need a bit of support, think this is the best place!!

been off pill for 4 years, have 1 dd already, desperate for another. only started proper trying last month i.e bd every other day around fertile time, looking into getting fertility monitor, so have put myself down as 2nd cycle.

So, am mid-cycle and not sure if I have OV yet. Had what I thought was EWCM for last couple days - been having sex every day actually kinda enjoying that part of it - with toddler you don't always really make the time unless there's a 'point' to sex iyswim.

My question is how long does EWCM last, and once you spot it, does it mean OV is imminent or already happening or happened or what? Can you tell I'm a novice at this Was thinking if this month doesn't do the trick I might start temping to see when I am actually ov.

wholelottalove i would say keep having sex a few days after you see ewcm just to be sure. I could never tell ewcm apart from semen so I ended up checking my cervical position to ensure it was closed to confirm ovulation wasn't happening anymore. Other -less- -crazy- women chart their temps to confirm ovulation has taken place.

Well after all of the excitment of the early part of this week this month isnt looking so good for me now. After those 4 positives over Monday and Tuesday the last two days have been all negatives. Your hcg is supposed to be increasing and i would have been expecting to see more positives by now but am getting nothing at all plus no symptoms so i am thinking that it was probably the start of something but that i am going to end up getting AF anyway - am due AF the day after tomorrow or Sunday so will be glad when this cycle is over and can start again, i think i will wait till AF is due next time though to save all this stress (and money) though, no more early testing for me!

Mumatron are you still going to be due in December if you conceive this next cycle? I will have to join the January bus i think (i dont even think there IS a January bus yet) but it will be getting perilously close to DS birthday at the beginning of February and mine and DH birthdays are in January so its already an expensive time.

Hi, I'm gonna have to swap seats on the bus. AF got me yesterday, and due to haveing just had a 25 day cycle the mumsnet edd is the 26th Dec, or 29th going by 40wks from AF, so I'm still on the bus for another cycle. Hopefully have more time to post thhis month as things have been really hectic the last couple of weeks. I've updated my stats and moved seats!

Having a strange month as I'm using the clear blue monitor and still on lows when the last 2 months would have been high. Had stretchy cm too , wondering if I have already ovulated this month and not caught it as monitor didn't ask me for test till 2 days ago. Really run down this month but trying a new tac of bding through the month not just the high and peak days, this could be exhausting. How's this week for everyone.

Oh here we go again. AF arrived bang on time. I should be grateful really, was a week late last 2 cycles so cost me a fortune POAS.

We might give SWI a miss this month, Dec 28th would not be my first choice for EDD! Of course, with my luck...

MmmCoffee - I am a Dec 28 baby and it's not all that bad!! I never had to go to school on my birthday and so managed to miss the bumps, my family were and are usually off for my birthday, there is loads of food in the fridge and drink in the house, nobody ever gives me a joint present unless I ask for it and it can be a great way of getting something you really want but would never get if your birthday was in June. As a child I loved that the Christmas tree was up on my birthday and have never felt like I shared it with anything else.

Know it can be expensive for people though but I love my birthday then and it always helps the anti-climax I feel on Christmas Day night knowing more presents will follow in a few days!!

Not sure if i want to try this cycle as dd2 is a christmas baby and i dont want to miss christmas with my family again,and even though i would be due at end of dec/jan1st i have to have a section earlier due to extensive damage from last birth.
But im heading for 40 fast and not sure i can afford to miss a cycle,its so confusing.
