Hi There,
I suppose I'm just looking for a few supportive words really... as the subject heading says, it's 8 weeks since my last AF, but still nothing... I've had a constant feeling like I'm going to come on for 6 weeks, and felt quite sick and a bit bloated but other than that no real syptoms or signs one way or the other... I've been to the GP who was lovely but says I just have to wait a little bit... it might be that I was pregnant, and am not any more, or that i'm not and my period is just late, or that I am and its not showing up...so many options... i hate my stupid body! To top it all off just had a row with the hubby about money... boooooooo.... thanks for listening! xxx

Hi there. Not sure I have much concrete advice to offer, but wanted to reply anyway. Got no answers to my first post here last week and was a bit disappointed...

Could it be that you are having an anovulatory cycle (can be much longer than a normal one I think?) or maybe just a very late ovulation? I don't know if this is common, but it has happened to me recently. I'm having a cycle of about 6 weeks at the mo. If you have been very stressed - like the money problems you mentioned - maybe that would cause it?

8 weeks must be very frustrating indeed though! I hope that you have maybe got some kind of answer in the meantime? And that you made up with the hubby

hey there, thanks for your kind words! that sounds interesting... maybe that is what's going on...stupid body playing tricks on me... anyway i will concentrate on being thoroughly unstressed and hopefully things will sort themselves out soon...
hubby and me made up and feeling much more positive about things. good luck with everything!
