Come and tell me I'm being stupid...

I am TTC again after two MC, so although my logical brain knows that nothing I do (within reason of course!) can change the outcome of a pregnancy, my illogical panic-y post MC brain is convinced I must be doing something wrong.

So, please reassure me that going to circuits classes at the gym won't make ANY difference to whether I manage to conceive again or not. I know I am being ridiculous, but 1% of my head is sure that running around at the gym will prevent the egg from implanting or something.

I know, it's stupid - isn't it?

Hi,

Please dont worry - or if you really do why not do some gentle exercise like swimming. I think like you and have als0 had two MC.

As long as your fit and healthy - not underweight you should be ok. Just do as little or as much as feels comfortable.

I used to run really fast and long distance but have toned it down for peace of mind....

Not sure if that helps at all xx

It's stupid. I've been there and I know you look for reasons, but the most likely reason for a MC is that the embryo just wasn't healthy enough. NOTHING you do will change that. But keeping healthy and stress free will make you happier, so go to circuits and enjoy yourself.

Thanks for both your responses - sometimes you just need someone to confirm what you are sure you already know, but have silly nagging doubts over.

Thank you!
