Sore boobs and paracetamol....how safe?

Hi everyone,

I am in my second month TTC and this month I have got really really sore boobs. They usually get sore in the week before, and usually wearing a bra in bed controls it. This month is different though...my nipples feel hypersensitive and sort of like they are getting electric shocks and are constantly errect and painful. Tight clothes (friction and warmth) in bed make it worse. They are so painful at night that I actually can't sleep, and I am a good sleeper.

I totally couldn't cope at work on Monday with sleep, so last night I took two paracetamol before bed, then when I woke up in pain at about 4.30am I took two more. I slept much better.

Do you think this weird pain means that it has worked this month? Or is my body just creating weird symptoms because I want to so badly? And if it has worked is it safe to take paracetamol regularly? AF not due until Friday so no point testing I think.

Just realised a slight name change would have been quite appropriate for this thread.

Thanks belgianbun.
AF arrived today right on day 28, so I dont know what was going on. But I'm glad I didn't totally avoid the painkillers. They are still a bit sore. Very odd.
