Strange Period - Maybe TMI

Ok so AF came (the witch!!! grrr) on Monday as she was due. Usually I get a day or two of discharge before AF, and then AF lasts about 5-7 days, starting off pink, then getting red (at which point its really heavy) and then brown (sorry, I did warn you lol) Now, this period, I didn't have any of the discharge just went straight into bleeding red and it was quite heavy but only lasted for three days and then just stopped. Anyone else had this?

Have you recently started taking any supplements or medication?

Nope just still taking pregnacare conception (been taking it for four months now)

Maybe (and this is pure conjecture) it's taken a few months for the Pregnacare to have the effect of helping stabilise things? Anyone else please correct me if this is completely wrong.

Hmm, I think Ariesgirl has made a good point, I have been taking Wellwoman for 4 months now and I didn't have any spotting before my period this month either. I'm pretty glad, the shorter the better in my book!
