been off the pill for 11 months but only now have irregular periods?

This is for all you ladies who have been on the pill and now come off ttc.

For the first 9 months coming off the pill my periods were like clockwork.

Now... they're.... not.

My last cycle was 46 days.

I put it down to stress.

Has anyone else had this?

After the 46 days, did you have a proper (normal for you) period?

Yes I did. It was a normal period.
I am normally 31-32 days so I am technically "late" again.

I stopped taking my pill at the end of December. I was on a Progesterone only pill. Since then I had my withdrawal bleed about 3 days after stopping. Then a period 3 weeks after the first.

I was doing temperature checking throughout those 3 weeks inbetween and used ovulation sticks, it said I did ovulate and we had sex every other day leading up to it and everyday over my fertile part so who knows

Before the pill I had quite a regular 28 day cycle.
