I've been a bit broody lately but been having a good think and decided to wait a little longer to ttc number 2.

Been a little naughty this month, i.e penetration and felt a bit carried away and said..ooh no, put a condom on. DH used a condom and didn't ejaculate inside. But I know that doesn't stop you getting pregnant as there can be pre cum.

So... would normally expect my period about now and no signs, no spotting like i usually get (although periods are irregular) and I have SUCH sore nips and have been having horny dreams. I've got slight cramps but then I had them when I was pregnant with DS. can't remember if I had sore boobs or not.

After all this soul searching and then making a decision not to ttc just now it would be typical if 'd gone and gotten pregnant anyway. But then I keep thinking, I've not had totally unprotected sex, just a bit of slight naughtiness not involving ejaculation so it's not that likely, is it?

I know, I know... do a test.

I got a test today, so I'll wait to do it with tomorrow's first wee of the day. I really don't think I can be, took a couple of months full on shagging to conceive DS, can't believe I could get pregnant from having a bit of unprotected penetration and then stopping and putting a condom on. I mean, I know it's possible but I think it's highly unlikely, non?
Boobs less tender and still feel a bit crampy but no sign of AF at all.

i got pregnant after doing just what you describe. it's unlikely to happen but perfectly possible.

Oh dear . I really was thinkig it was unlikely, now you've got me thinking again.

I don't know what I want really. part of me would be thrilled to be pregnant, but it's not brilliant timing...it would be better in a few months time. Not disastrous though. we'll see tomorrow am.

If my period is already due (which I'm not sure as I have long irregular cycles and can't remember the exact date of LMP, think it was 31 dec) can I do a test at any time of the day? Is it only morning wee for the early tests?

OK, couldn't wait so used a sensitive test and it came up negative so not pregnant. Quite pleased with that as it would be better in a few months. Will now be better behaved til the summer!
