Hiya Just wondering if someone could help me. My husband and I last had sex around 2 weeks ago, and my period is due any day now but usually starts on a tues or wed. However yesterday when I went to the loo and wiped (sorry if TMI) it looked like it had started and when i wiped again theres was mucus (kinda like a small show) on the paper which was dark brown in colour. what i thought was my period has now stopped and i'm going out of my mind. I already have a 7month old (who is crawling and standing up with support) and although another baby would be fab (husband and i would be thrilled others wouldn't be) I am worried i am pregnant as not sure how this will affect my daughter.

Hope someone can help me

Hi lauraloo09

From what I have read, it could be implantation bleeding but I would test to make sure. With regards to the age difference, I really would not worry (I know easier said than done as I have not experience that but.....) my SIL became pregnant soon after the birth of her third child. The kids are almost like twins and are very close friends. They are equally close to their mum and dad and have done well in school. That being said, I remember my SIL running around like a madwoman! lol Congratulations if it is positive, chuck some baby dust of this way if you have any spare

Thanks Mymyfruity for your reply. I took a test and i swear i can see a very very very faint line however my DH can't see anything, think i tested too early.

Can anyone else advise me on this has anyone else experienced this type of discharge 2 days before period is due??
