How long after coming off the Pill before ovulation returns?

I am trying TTC #3 and came off the pill at christmas which I had been on for about 9 months.
How long before ovulation returns? I understand its different for different women, but whats your experience?
For the last week, I have had an increased sex drive which I am aware is a sign of ovulation.
I am not 100% sure, but think the first day of my last period was 3rd January.
Am I likely to have ovulated despite having just been in the pill?

Yes!

First time - ovulation returned with in a month (and conception too!), 2nd time was about 2-3 mths. But like you say, it varies and can be several months. If it takes a while (you can check with ovulation kits) then get your GP to run some routine blds to check thyroid and to see if are ovulating but just at different time in cycle to expected.
