Any idea what might be going on?

Hi ladies,

I am TTC number 3, but currently waiting for AF to come back after breastfeeding. I stopped breastfeeding DS1 on 18th December and we have been TTC since then.

Approx 2 weeks ago I had what I definitely thought were ovulation pains (cramping on one side only), then on Saturday 16th I had two spots of dark brown discharge, I put in a towel expecting AF but it never arrived, it reduced to just a VERY light pink discharge.

Is it normal to have this kind of discharge
while waiting for AF to arrive after stopping breastfeeding? or could it be anything else? Sorry I am the least clued up person ever, thanks for any advice.

It might have been implantation, in which case you could probably get a BFP quite soon... but don't get your hopes up in case I'm totally wrong... good luck though

Hello! I did a First Response test tonight but it seemed to come up BFN (although it was my 4th wee after coming home so may have been weaker?!) Shall I give it a few more days before re-trying?
